Life is hectic and there are way too many distractions - it's all too easy to overlook the importance of reflective time and understanding our own thoughts and feelings. That's why I recommend  a unique style of guided meditation that invites you to "go within" and find the space you need for self-discovery.

As your meditation tour guide, I provide gentle guidance and create a calm, comfortable atmosphere to help settle your mind and body. The immersive experience is all yours to explore and embrace.

During each session, you'll have the opportunity to listen to your inner voice and delve into the wisdom that is waiting for you. Through subtle prompts and contemplations, you'll discover new insights, clarity, and a deep connection with yourself.

If you choose, you can jot down any discoveries or insights that arise during the meditation. This step is entirely optional but can enhance the integration of your experience.

This is an introductory price. It is recommended that you embark on the Journey within series after you experience a sample of the meditation style.

The Core Insight Session

After the writing , you can soak in the experience even more during your massage. 
Note: for insurance purposes , a receipt will be given only for the massage portion of the session.

The Core Insight - Virtual session

Remain comfortably clothed on the table as you experience a guided meditation transitioning into the gentle flow of Reiki energy. Untangle your thoughts and explore your inner landscape during this immersive meditation. Following the meditation, take a moment to process any insights through journaling before marinating in the soothing embrace of comfort as the Reiki energy complements your reflective journey.
