I offer therapeutic and relaxation massages as well as immersive guided meditation sessions. Ask about this service , if you are someone who feels stuck or needs a nudge in a positive direction.
Group inner guidance sessions as well as individual sessions are available as a 6 session series which will help you gain clarity and find some calmness.
Or if you are someone who likes to sample before jumping in, we can set you up for a one time session.
